Sintra

Sintra-the town in the mountains filled with castels such as the iconic Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. The combination of architecture, history, and natural beauty threw my imgaintion into overdrive. I was lucky enough to exploring these castles early in the morning, while everyone was still asleep. It was such a unique opportunity to appreciate the grandeur of the enchanted forrest without the crowds.
